Offering group fitness classes in 3 different yoga styles plus Reformer Pilates, 7 days a week, Vital Beat is a music-inspired modern movement studio embracing the wisdom & roots of yoga and the modern magic of pilates, all backed by sweet sweet tunes.
We also offer Yoga Teacher Training, Retreats, Courses & workshops, as well as a free creche service, and specialised classes for pre & postnatal clients, all from our beautiful space in the heart of Midland.
Our new client Introductory Offer includes 6 Reformer Classes plus unlimited yoga for just $59 (valid for 3 weeks) and we also offer casual visits, pass packs and ongoing Memberships for flexible attendance options.
